Classification:
Detailed
1. Product introduction
It is mainly used for testing the mechanical properties of high-temperature ceramics, composite materials and metal materials in high-temperature atmospheric environment. It can be tested for mechanical properties such as extension, compression, bending, shear and persistent creep below 1300°C.
Second, the main performance characteristics
1. The experimental device adopts the structure of front large door box type.
2. The inside of the furnace is made of 1600°C lightweight ceramic fiberboard, which can work stably at 1500°C.
3. The heating element is made of silicon carbon rod, which can work stably at 1350°C for a long time.
4. Temperature measuring element: S type thermocouple (double platinum rhodium thermocouple) is adopted, which can work stably at 1300°C for a long time.
5. High temperature test fixture: alumina or hot-pressed sintered silicon carbide material is used to make the fixture, no heat shrinkage in the production process, and the specifications are precise.
6. It can be equipped with ceramic and high-temperature alloy fixtures to meet the test requirements of different temperature sections and reduce the test cost.
