1. Product introduction
It is mainly used for creep, durability and stress relaxation tests of various metals, non-metals, composite materials and ceramic materials in normal temperature or high temperature environments; It can also complete high-temperature short-term tensile test, cyclic loading test, low-cycle cycle and other tests.
The testing machine is composed of a portal double-column structure host (including a weight loading system), a full digital measurement system, an electrical drag system, a split or barrel high-temperature furnace and a multi-stage control system, a liquid crystal display measurement and control system, a deformation measurement device, and an industrial control computer system.
Second, the main performance characteristics
1. It can work in a single unit or be controlled in a cluster of 10 units;
2. The high-temperature clamping device is available in threaded connection structure, shoulder type clamping structure, and plate style hinge pin structure; Each specification of the specimen needs to be paired with a fixture and a high-temperature extensometer;
3. High-temperature clamping devices/lead-out rods and K-type and S-type thermocouples made of stainless steel, K3, K465 superalloy, DZ alloy, DD alloy and other materials can be selected from low to high according to different temperature requirements;
4. Applying temperature compensation technology, the test system does not need to be water-cooled.
5. UPS power supply is an optional accessory, which can ensure that the testing machine can continue to work in a short time in the case of power failure, store test data, and unload the test piece to protect the testing machine.
6. The deformation in the sample gauge distance adopts the method of bilateral measurement and average value. The sensor works stably and reliably for a long time.
7. Loading adopts weight + lever loading mechanism, which is accurate and reliable.
