Detailed
1. Product introduction
The system is based on the deeply optimized random speckle tracking and Digital Image Correlation (DIC) algorithms, and has two functions: two-dimensional full-field deformation measurement (such as strain field, displacement field, velocity field, etc.) and real-time multi-point deformation tracking.
It is equipped with high-temperature mechanics and low-temperature mechanics test system, and can be used for material deformation testing in mechanical property tests in high temperature or low temperature environments.
It is equipped with high-temperature mechanics and low-temperature mechanics test system, and can be used for material deformation testing in mechanical property tests in high temperature or low temperature environments.
The system consists of an industrial camera, a lens, a power supply, a calibration board, a tripod and gimbal, and an LED lighting source.
The camera uses a 1394 mount camera produced by Allied Visino Technologies in Germany, and the lens adopts a low-distortion lens produced by Mytron and Computar.
The software includes support for 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems, which is divided into three parts: two-point measurement, two-dimensional deformation field measurement and real-time two-point measurement, and the functional area contains 8 sub-menus corresponding to 35 and small menus, and 7 groups of 26 shortcut buttons. It includes a pre-processing window, a post-processing window, a two-point measurement curve window, an ROI (region of interest) histogram window, and more.
Second, the main technical parameters
Displacement accuracy:
Pixel accuracy of theoretical images: 1/200 of a pixel
Strain accuracy:
