1. Product introduction

This series of products are mainly used for tensile, compression, bending and other mechanical properties of metal materials, and can be used to test cement, concrete, bricks, tiles, rubber and their products after adding simple auxiliary tools. The main engine is the oil cylinder lower type, four columns, double space frame structure, by the fixed beam and the moving beam to form the tensile space, the moving beam and the workbench into compression, bending space, the adjustment of the test space is realized by moving the middle beam, and the middle beam is lifted by the reducer chain drive. The computer fully automatic closed-loop control high-performance electro-hydraulic servo valve completes the tensile, compression, bending and other tests of various materials, and automatically collects the test results of Fm, ReH, ReL, Rp0.2, RP1, Rm, E and other materials after the test.

 

2. Function introduction

1. The control system of this series of products has three control channels of test force, displacement and deformation and five control modes corresponding to it: test force, stress, deformation, strain and displacement, and the control mode can be switched at will.

2. Constant rate test force, constant rate stress, constant rate deformation, constant rate strain, constant rate displacement test and constant test force, constant deformation, constant strain and constant displacement test can be carried out.

3. Automatically collect, process and display test data, and automatically measure various feature points of the tested material; For example: Fm, Rm, E, ReH, ReL, Rp0.2, Rt0.5, A, Z, E, etc.

4. This series of testing machine control system has a powerful database and a variety of interface formats for users to choose, to help users achieve LAN communication.

5. This series of products 600KN (including 600KN) and above specifications are built-in hydraulic clamps, and 300KN (including 300KN) and below specifications are manual clamps (external hydraulic clamps can be equipped according to user requirements).
