1. Product introduction

This system is used for mechanical properties test of C-based composite structural materials in the range of 800~2500°C and under vacuum conditions.

 

Second, the system composition

The system consists of a vacuum chamber, a high-temperature furnace heating system, a temperature measuring element and an automatic switching system, a temperature-vacuum measurement control system, a high-temperature test fixture, a deformation measurement system, a vacuum unit, a constant temperature water-cooled unit, an electrical control system, a testing machine and room temperature accessories.

 

Third, the main performance characteristics

1. The vacuum chamber adopts a front-opening, double-layer water-cooled structure. Made of high-temperature, non-magnetic stainless steel with a passivated surface.

2. The vacuum chamber is divided into two chambers, the upper chamber is the high temperature test chamber and the lower chamber is the low temperature deformation measurement chamber, which is equipped with observation holes. A thermocouple is installed in the deformation measurement chamber to measure the temperature in the chamber.

3. Vacuum unit composition: mechanical pump + roots pump + diffusion pump.

4. The heating element of the electric furnace is two sets of arc-shaped high-purity graphite electrodes, which can obtain a long soaking area and make the sample evenly heated.

5. The photoelectric colorimeter is located behind the side of the vacuum chamber, and the position opposite to the vacuum chamber is fixed, which can prevent the movement of human collision.

6. Temperature measurement and control: Thermocouple and photoelectric colorimeter are used for composite measurement and control, and equipped with automatic switching system, pneumatic push, stable entry and exit, and accurate positioning. With a special sealing structure, the thermocouple enters and exits the high-temperature area without affecting the vacuum level.

7. The central control system adopts embedded integrated touch screen HMI, which can dynamically display the working status, test parameters and curves of the system, and all components are included in the system management. 

8. The temperature control measurement system reserves a PC communication interface, and can be equipped with computer software, which has the functions of data collection, document storage, parameter setting, retrieval and analysis, and can set the program for automatic operation.

9. Customized material testing machine on demand; Customized tensile, compression, bending, shear and other test fixtures and deformation measurement systems.

10. Safety device: It has the functions of water cut-off, power-off and water cut-off, abnormal pressure, over-temperature protection, under-pressure protection, overload protection, over-current protection, phase sequence protection, fuse, over-temperature alarm and so on.

11. The high-temperature vacuum testing system can be configured on an electronic universal testing machine, a creep durability testing machine or a dynamic fatigue testing machine as required.
