1. Product introduction
It is installed on an electro-hydraulic servohydraulic fatigue testing machine or a high-frequency fatigue testing machine, and is used for fatigue testing or short-term tensile testing of rapid heating of metal material specimens and ceramic material specimens with small gauge gauge distance.
Second, the main performance characteristics
1. Using heating element imported from the United States, it can work stably at 1250°C.
2. Small size, two-stage temperature control, temperature gradient ≤ 5°C.
3. The inside of the electric furnace is made of imported high-temperature resistant ceramic fiber, the shell material is 304 stainless steel, and an air compartment is set in the middle, so that the temperature rise on the outer surface is small and the insulation effect is good.
4. High temperature control accuracy, continuous temperature adjustment, to ensure that the temperature control accuracy within the required temperature range meets the test requirements.
