1. Product introduction

      It is used for testing the mechanical properties of non-metallic materials such as rubber and plastics, and metal materials in high and low temperature environments such as short-term tensile, compression, and bending. It is installed on the electronic universal testing machine and the electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine.

1. Liquid nitrogen injection refrigeration mode is used for low temperature (including liquid nitrogen automatic expansion output control system); The thermal compensation is heated by resistance wire.

2. The inside and outside of the box are made of stainless steel plates, with front doors, with observation windows, and lighting in the box; It is convenient to observe the test process.

3. It can complete tensile, compression, bending and other tests, and can measure tensile compression deformation, bending deflection and other parameters.

4. In the full temperature range, the fixture can be placed in the environmental chamber.

5. The deformation measurement device can be selected according to the different operating temperatures: domestic sensor, imported sensor, direct measurement in the box, and out-of-box measurement.

6. The control system adopts embedded integrated touch screen HMI, which can display the test temperature and test curve in real time, and all operations are incorporated into the system. The interface is intuitive and easy to operate.

7. Equipped with mobile rail arm car system, arbitrary transfer, easy to operate.

8. Equipped with blast circulation system to ensure that the temperature gradient and fluctuation in the furnace meet the requirements of relevant standards.
