Product Introduction

It is used for the detection of mechanical properties of ceramic, rubber, plastic and metal materials in high and low temperature environments such as short-term tensile, compression, and bending. It can be used in conjunction with electronic universal testing machine and electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine. It meets the requirements of GB/T4338 "High Temperature Tensile Test Method for Metal Materials" and GB/T10592 "Technical Conditions for High and Low Temperature Test Chamber".


Main performance characteristics:

1. Compressor refrigeration is used for low temperature; The thermal compensation is heated by resistance wire.

2. The inside and outside of the box are made of stainless steel plates, with the front door opening with an observation window, and there is lighting in the box to facilitate the observation of the test process.

3. Configured on the testing machine as needed for tensile, compression, bending and other tests.

4. The control system adopts embedded integrated touch screen HMI, which can display the test temperature and test curve in real time, and all operations are incorporated into the system. The interface is intuitive and easy to operate.

5. The temperature controller adopts high-precision PID regulator, display sensitivity of 0.1°C, and accurate temperature control.

6. Equipped with a mobile rail arm truck system, which can be transferred arbitrarily, and the operation in and out of the space of the testing machine is simple.

7. Equipped with blast circulation system to ensure that the temperature gradient and fluctuation in the furnace meet the requirements of relevant standards.

8. Safety device: fan overload protection, compressor overpressure, overcurrent protection, phase sequence protection, circuit breaker protection function.
