1. Product introduction

This product is mainly used for testing the mechanical properties of industrial products in the environment of alternating temperature and humidity; The quality and technical requirements are in accordance with GB/T10592 "Technical Conditions for High and Low Temperature Test Chambers", GB/T2423.4-93 "Basic Standards for Alternating Damp Heat Test", and GB/T2423.34 "Temperature and Humidity Combined Cycle Test Methods".


Second, the main performance characteristics

1. Temperature, humidity, time, cycle times and other parameters can be set arbitrarily according to the test requirements, and the maximum number of sections can be set to 20 sections, and the test control has two ways: manual control and computer automatic control;

2. The test system has the functions of heating, refrigeration, humidification, dehumidification, high-speed circulation, low-speed circulation, etc.;

3. The heating system is heated by resistance wire, the refrigeration system is refrigerated by compressor units, and the temperature balance system is adjusted by the way the compressor participates in the work;

4. It can set a variety of cycles in different temperature and humidity ranges;

5. The temperature control system adopts AI artificial intelligence regulator, adopts the refrigeration and low temperature adsorption of the compressor unit for humidity adjustment, and the humidification adopts the built-in shallow water tank;

6. The temperature controller adopts intelligent PID adjustment, human-machine interface (HMI) color touch control system, with heating, cooling, humidification, stirring, and lighting functions;

7. The inside and outside of the box are made of stainless steel plates, with front doors, with observation windows, and lighting in the box;
